Thank you for shopping with Valen Cook. We take pride in the quality of our kitchen appliances and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process a return.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original parts

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Products returned without prior communication and approval

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (or other agreed method), typically within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds do not include any shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order (following the steps above) and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos and a description. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
